Research Focus
PROJECT SUMMARY The Single-Cell and Systems Immunology Core will provide state-of-the-art experimental technology and computational modeling for individual Projects and integrate data from across the Program Project. In addition to multi-modal single-cell genomics, we will provide innovative methods for sample pooling and multiplexing along with high-dimensional spatial profiling technologies. We will also provide basic bioinformatics support for analyzing all of the genomic data acquired in the proposed studies and specialized machine learning tools. The Core will serve as a centralized hub for data integration and statistical modeling across for all three Projects to answer basic questions about the interactions and function of lymphocytes in human tissues.
